You ask weird questions...   it can cause brain damage, and other birth defects including still birth or miscarriage.

My aunty had lack of oxygen to the brain and it resulted in cerebral palsy.

Lack of oxygen can cause brain damage, miscarriage or stillbirth if it's deprived of alot of oxygen, but if it's only minor lack of oxygen it could possibly be fine, or could cause slow developmental skills later if life such as talking, walking, crawling, learning etc.

I think if the effect was thought by doctors to be dangerous, they would be doing something about it, depending on how far along you were, but if you really feel like there is something more to it, then get a second opinion or demand something to be done. Sometimes the mother just knows things that can't be explained.
