  1.   I have good results on creatine.....I still use it, one month one, one month off. I do NOT recommend it for anyone under 25 years old. At that age, and younger, your body is already producing 15 to 20 grams of creatine a day. Added creatine will just give you gas and a bloated feeling.

       Also, I don't believe in the "loading" phase. If you take creatine, just start with 5 mg in the a.m. and 5 mg in the p.m. (or right before a workout). This eliminates that bloating you're get when you loading 20 to 25 grams a day!

       Also...a good natural source of creatine is beef! When I am not using creatine as a supplement, I cut down on chicken and increase my beef intake.

       'Nuff said...yes, I WOULD recommend creatine!


  2. For me I got a very slight weight gain and strength increase.  It seemed mediocre at best for me.  But i get in ALOT of fish in my diet so i was most likely already getting in some creatine hence the small increases from supplementing with it.  It works getting for some people.  I suggest at least giving it a try.
