Question:

What elbow problem do i have?

i can't pinpoint where but its on the inside and the bone area. it hurts when i play tennis and brush up on the ball on forehands only. i ve been out 4 months, did x rays, dotor, chiropractor and all that.

Yes that is tennis elbow.  There is a home treatment for this which works quite well.  First, fill up a sink or bathtub with the warmest water you can handle and soak your entire arm in it for a few minutes.  Then immediately after, take your arm out and place an icepack or something cold on your elbow (or whatever is hurting).  The change in temperature will cause lots of blood to go into your arm, and it will heal faster.  Do this twice a day for two weeks.


  2. Tennis elbow is a painful strain of the tendons which attach to the bone of the inner elbow.
