What else can I do about our neighbor (in apartment)?

They lady that lives above has people over and they just scream and throw stuff onto the floor to the point where you cant take it anymore. The screaming and the pounding is out of control. I understand there will be noise in an apartment but this is crazy. We have tried to take care of it on our own, we have called the apartment office, I'm now writing all the times I have called down and going to mail it to the head office, and thinking about calling the cops. What else can I do? and yes we will be moving when our lease is up.

Go up to their room and ask them nicely a couple times and if it keeps going on talk to the owner of the apartments or call the police.

The people below me thought that i was moving my furniture 8 hours a day.  I had the husband come inside while the wife stayed downstairs.  Just walking across my floor really did make a noise like i had dropped a big table and dragged it.  Weird.  But they realized that i was not a lunatic.  I was just walking to the kitchen.  

This is what turned me into the owner of a house. My own house. TIme for you too. /

yes keep calling the cops on them cause the more you call the cops the more trouble they are gonna get themselves into

well i would try calling the office manager or leaving her a annonomus note and after a week if that doesnt work then i would cal the cops cause it is disturbants

if your landlord won't do anything about it then go ahead and call the cops.  maybe that will straighten it out
