What else can I do to feel better?

I am very sick. Sinus headache, super congested, fever, pressure in my chest and very sore. I am starting to think I may have the flu. The problem is I never take medicine. I have used some Vicks to try to stop my cough a bit, and have been using a salt water gargle. I cant even sleep because my throat and chest are so bad. What others things can I do to improve how I feel without medications? Any natural home remedies? I have no idea because I hardly get sick like this.

  1. If the fever's too high (too high to be considered normal), take a pill and rest. Drink tea, EAT WELL ( it gives the body energy to fight off the desease).

If you don't feel better OR you feel too bad in the begining, see a doctor.

  2. oh dear love it sounds like your very ill, warm honey is quite good for your throat also try putting some vicks into a bowl with some hot water to create steam, put a towel over your head and bend over bowl and inhale. My father used to rub goose oil into his chest and cover it in brown paper(im sure any insulating material would work) keep your chest warm. hope you get better soon. btw I always believe a hot water bottle gets you to sleep better than anything else in the world X
