What else can I do to help myself?

I'm 3 1/2 months off the Depo shot. I'm so mad at myself for getting it! I want to be pregnant so badly but I know it can take a while. Haven't had a period for 50 days but all neg preg tests. What can I try to focus on so I don't drive myself crazy. All I can think about is conceiving. Any suggestions please! Has anyone used vitex agnus castus to regulate?

I had the depo shot. It took from june when i missed my shot to feb to get my period. I started taking agnus castus in the january, but i don't know if it was this that helped or if it was just my body getting back to normal. Like you i was doing pregnancy tests all the time just in case, but until i got my period back i didn't get pregnant. But, on the up side, I only had one period and I got caught the next month! I'd keep taking the agnus castus anyway, it has really positive reports. Good luck and tons of baby dust to you xx

you just need to relax and enjoy yourself...have as much fun with dh and your kids as possible...you'll be alot less stressed and that will help you conceive faster...if your pregnancies before were unplanned, there was no waiting period. just nice surprises and now that you are actually ttc it can be frustrating! dont worry, it will happen! im guessing it will be a sweet little girl!

50 days is a while to be off your period but you also just got off the shot... The best advice I have for you is relax and it will all fall into place! I completely understand your want to really have a baby as well as everyone else on here. With you obsessing (as a lot of us do) aboiut having a baby NOW makes your stress level go up and makes you less likely to get pregnant. Just relax and let it happen. Dont assume or expect anything and it will show you soon. This will help you emotionally too. Also take care of yourself and eat right. You could be pregnant now but only a blood test can tell you for sure if the pregnancy tests are comming up negative. Good luck!
