What else do i have to do to get in CAL TECH?

i am in deep need of help. I want to get into Cal Tech when i graduate.

I've never taken any honor classes before, and this is the first year i'm taking IB Honor as an sophomore. I have kept a perfect 4.0 GPA through out my freshmen year, and joined track. plz tell me what else i MUST accomplish to have chance getting into CAL TECH. Such as SAT/ACT, grades, classes, activities, club, etc THANK YOU!

You need to take truly advanced math and science, beyond what most high schools offer. Try for competitive summer programs like RSI at MIT and/or take advanced classes at colleges summers and nights. You need to enter competitions like Intel or Seimens, do AIME, mathletes, find a prof to conduct research with.....this needs to go way past the average high school. It's a rare admit that doesn't have an 800 mathII score and very close if not 800 on mathI and physics. They do very well on CR and writing too--CIT has the highest average SATs of any college.
