  1. In Japan, gyoza are most often eaten with ramen.  Ramen is a type of noodle soup.  There are many varieties.

Both gyoza and ramen are Japanese, originally from China.  The Japanese versions are distinctly Japanese, just like how yakisoba is chow mein, but not chow mein.

One way I really like gyoza is boiled.  Less grease and all the same deliciousness.  In Japanese this is called suigyoza.

Also, gyoza is delicious when dipped in a mix of roughly half vinegar, half soy sauce.

  2. I think you mean gyoza.

Whatever you want. How about miso soup, grilled beef teriyaki, rice, and a seaweed salad?
