  1. stop jogging or wear impact absorbing footwear/bone-joint health isn't just what you eat.there is trauma, excessive repetitive motion,aging-requires rest, joint support, and forget it you're gonna get hit anyway 'cause a lot of joint disease is hereditary, AND God willing ,you are one of those healthy bloaks, ya da  etc.                 Oh! I've heard of shark cartilage, but I think to haul in a big one you damage more than you would fix, just joking.best wishes.

  2. Weight bearing exercise and flexibility stretches do more for bone and joint health than most of the items you mentioned.  You can actually INCREASE bone density!  Sweet, huh?

  3. Chondroitin doesn't do much good with out glucosamine. So you should have both of them together.  Read the daily requirements for your age and take as directed.  A diet high in those above is recommend first and foremost, then those up above.  Found in fishes, leafy green vegetables, and other nutritious alternatives in real foods.   Water, believe it or not is pertinent for good over all health thus helping your bones.
