What else other than the damages should I ask for in small claims in MD?

My car was damaged in a car wash, the windshield panel was broken. Not only that, but the manager also tried to double stick tape the panel onto my car(no joke). If I didn't come out in time I would have never known and it would have come off during the drive causing me to have an accident or someone else. Also I am wondering the statue of limitations to file small claims in MD. Thanks and HEEELP! :)

Most small claim courts will only award you the amount that you are out, they are there to make you whole again.......

You will not be able to get loss wages.

You will also get the court cost back if you win.

Statue of Limitations:

Law that requires that all claims must be filed within a certain period of time [usually three (3) years from the time the claim arose]. Contact an attorney to find out whether the Statute of Limitations has "run" on your case.

If it has, this would mean that the case will be dismissed without a hearing.
