ok in malaysia we have a food from many country , japanese food,korea food,indian food,italian food,americam food,chinese food ,thailand food and indonesian food..what alse we still dont have and should have in malaysia?

You guys have it all. Now the issue would be to preserve the authentic, warung shops and teh small kueh makeshift shops. Those are teh best foods i have ever eaten and am missing it like crazy!

Get a world map and pick a country. Every country has something to offer. It may not be to your taste but you won't know until you try.

Keep in mind also that all of the dishes from one country won't taste the same. For instance, some of the more common styles of cooking are Cantonese, Mandarin, Hunan, and Schezwan. Northern Italian and Southern Italian are very different because of the variety of ingredients readily available in each part of the country. Same goes for Indian food too!
