my motabolism is crazy !!!for 3days i pigged out!!! i was 112!then after eating so much i become 121lbs!!!so yesterday i have 2whole wheat english muffin sandwhiches with ham and fat free cheese. so i had about 400 calories and 1.5g fat yesterday, this morning i had just a whole whole wheat english muffin plain which is 110 calories and 0.5g fat.what else should i have today? i want to get back to 114 and be normal again asap! how long will it take?
