What emotional effect does music evoke on the deaf?

I am writing an expository essay about the power of music on our emotions. I truly believe that all people are affected by music. I have researched how deaf people hear music and I think it is awesome. Through vibrations, you can "hear" the music. Although the articles were beneficial, I wanted to actually ask people that are deaf. What emotional affect has music had on you? I really appreciate your answers.

Music has an effect on brain. Deaf people ‘hear’ and enjoy it as much if not more than normal people do. But they need visual connect with it and hear the \violin or the rock concert. So slowly they too develop their taste in music.It seems kind of natural. When a person is exposed to high level sound, a chemical is formed in the brain that is normally found in schizophrenia patients in mental institutions. So due to music connectivity with the brain, music also has an effect on deaf people.
