  1. Acidophiles are microorganisms that can live in acidic environments. The acidic environments that acidophiles can live in have a ph level of 1 - 5. Acidophiles are able to survive in this acid habitat because its cells pump out poisonous hydrogen ions fast enough not to damage the DNA inside the nucleus. If they could not pump out the hydrogen ions, then acidophiles would not be able to survive.

i hope this could help you!

  2. Hi  =]

Acidophiles are organisms that can withstand and even thrive in acidic environments where the pH values range from 1 to 5. Acidophiles include certain types of eukaryotes, bacteria and archaea that are found in a variety of acidic environments, including sulfuric pools and geysers, areas polluted by acid mine drainage, and even our own stomachs.

    Hope it helped =)
