What episode did Frasier and Roz sleep together?

Hubby says they didn't, I say that they did.

We've watched Guilt Trippers in season 9 and the two of them fill out cards rating each other but that isn't the episode. I could have sworn there was one where Roz flees to Wisconsin.

I think you got your episodes mixed up and you ended watching the wrong one.  The episode where they fill out the comment cards is called "Moons Over Seattle" which was the episode after "The Guilt Trippers".  The Guilt Trippers was in fact the episode where they first slept together and then Roz ran off to Wisconsin.
