i dont remember it, is it the one from the flashbacks with her and Soi Fong? which scene?

That picture is from episode 47 (The Avengers), and she was having flashbacks of her and Urahara training together as children

Do not quote me on this because Im not sure if its right, but I believe that was in episode 47 titled the Avengers. The scene took place right when Ichigo and Yoruichi were in the water together. Ichigo tells her that the place underneath Urahara's shop looks really similar to where he was training. Yoruichi told him that her and Urahara used to train there once he entered the 13 squads and her the SMC. It isnt a flashback with her and Soi Fon though.
