What episode of death note is Matt introduced?

i know hes only in 2 eps- 1 he shows up 2 he dies, when dose he first show up?

He is first scene without any dialogue in episode 32 (he shows up). Then he was seen in episode 35 with some dialogue (he dies).

Matt, actual name Mail Jeevas, first appeared in Death Note in episode 32 as a sidekick of Mello's. Matt also appears to be a former resident of Wammy's orphanage as well and was supposedly the 3rd most talented member of the house and another one of the possible successors of L. He likes playing video games and is somewhat of a recluse.

Unfortunately, his character is short lived, and he is shot to death in episode 35.
