  1. you should have:

    a stick.

    shinguards.

mouthguard. [ ask your coach if clear ones are allowed or not]

    cleats.

    good luck. :]

edit: cleats are what you guys called spikes. they are the samee thing pretty much. :]

  2. Lol, what the h**l are cleats? I guess it's an American thing.

I've played hockey here in Aus for 9 years.

    You need:

A stick - the fibreglass ones are best.

    Shinpads.

A mouthguard (aren't you allowed clear ones there? we are here) in the case

Spikes (the shoes with the spikes on the bottom so you don't slip)

Maybe a hockey ball for training.

    A hockey bag too.

    A drink bottle.

    :)

  3. You definitely need a stick, cleats, shinguards, and a mouthguard.

You also may want gloves, turf shoes, running shoes, and a ball for your own practicing, but they're not as necessary as the above.

Good luck and have fun =).

  4. you need:

    stick

    shinguards

mouthguard (not clear-some people say that is illegal)

    cleats

and other than that- just bring water...and thats pretty much it! good luck!
