What equipment do i need for pike fishing???

i need to know for wednesday when i'm going piking!

Well you will need a rod and reel that can handle the pike obviously. Dont go any lighter than medium, but medium itself should work (thats what I use).  I like to use spinnerbaits on pike. Black tends to be my go to color lately. Spoons and in line spinners are a good idea as well. Good luck and dont forget the net!

pike fishing i hear you should use herring or minnows (live)and what bait do i use for bait for the baby sharks and cat pike or w/e.
