What equipment do i need to set up a fast-food chicken shop?

Something to cook, something to store, and something to clean & prepare.  For example, a pressure cooker &/or deep fryer if you want to be like KFC, or a grill, if you want to be like Pollo Loco.

Chicken is very perishable, so refrigeration is a must.

Chicken can carry samonella germs, so sinks for cleaning are vital.  Preperation means cutting it up, seasoning, etc. So those are the basics.  Depending on where you are, you may have to have sinks for employees and for cleaning equipment.

I have a fast food chicken shop. You need 2 to 3 fryers to start depending on size. One for chicken, one for fries and one for extra. You need freezer, fridge, warmer to store cooked food in on display, freezer and warmer thermometers, fire extinguisher approved by marshall, a fire extinguisher system installed in case of major fire in kitchen, utinsels for grabbing food, gloves, sink for washing hands only, 3 capartment sink for doing dishes, grease traps, trash dumpster.

Before you talk about equipment, you need about a cash outlay of about $25-$35,000  for a small place. If you don't have that, forget about it.

probably some sort of liscense to do with food safety and health standards. i know the federal government has laws you have to abide by. states often set health codes too.

Also Planning is nessary, Do it as a project. Like Count ur expence and you earnings and current bank balance, Electricity, Staff, raw material, building are in expence also publicity. Arangement, managing and feedback are thing which matters but very few people care about that.
