  1. * child size tables and chairs

    * shelving units

    * easel

    * manipulatives

    * flannel/magnet board

    * puppet stage/stand and puppets

    * blocks and materials to use with blocks

    * dramatic play equipment- kitchen set, table/chairs, dress up area etc.

    * water/sensory table

    * science/discovery table-light tables are pretty nice but not neccesary

    * drying rack for art work

    * bulletin boards...but you can do your displays on the wall

    * computers/printers

    * balancing beam, hula hoops, balls, trikes, bean bags, tunnels, parachute and other large motor equipment.

    * sandbox, climbing equipment, slides, swings, etc.

    * digital camera  :-) one of my most widely used items.

    * cubbies...  Do you consider that equipment?

    I guess it depends on your definition of equipment :-)  If you have children with special needs you are going to have more.

  5. chalk,pencil,ruler,ball pens,eraser,chalkboard,flashcards,colors...

    and the most important equipment is your heart and mind because if you don't have this equipment you will lose all the materials so

    gudluck:)

  6. My kids love puppets, books on CD, that kind of stuff.  you dont really have equipment like a teacher in kindergarten or primary grades would.  one thing i would start them using is Journals. my kids love them alot they dont have to know how to write to do them:)

  7. We don't usually use a lot of equipment, unless you consider paper, folders, pencils, crayons, markers, stickers, or children as such.

    We use anything you could find in any school. Whatever resource or supply available, if it's there, we can usually  find a purpose for it!
