Depending on what you are cleaning.  I'm assuming houses or offices?  If so, you need to be bonded and insured to protect yourself and the property owners of broken goods, damaged items, etc.  You'll need a commercial grade vacuum, bucket, lint free rags and cleaning supplies (409, Windex, Mr. Clean, Comet or other non abrasive bathroom cleaner, furniture polish, etc.).  A mop is useful as well as a toilet brush and scrub brush for the bathroom.  Oh, and chocolate mints to leave on their pillows.
