I got a DeLonghi Magnifica 3300 at Christmas, and ABSOLUTELY LOVE it!!!  It's a little pricey, but worth every cent!  There's a water reservoir, and a bean reservoir.  You just select how strong you want it, and it grinds fresh for every cup with just the push of a button!  There's even a ground disposal bin, so you don't have to keep emptying it ....  check out the specs on line.  It's usually one of the highest rated..... (and then check the prices on eBay, for the new in box ones)

If you can afford it buy saeco. I have 2 saeco magic de luxe's and i just bought a saeco incanto sirius.

Its a totally different experience and you will never need starbucks thats for sure.
