  1. thai food. go try tha papaya salad with a lot of peppers :] hehehe

  2. Probably thai or indian foods.  Try a thai jungle curry which is made without coconut milk and it's super hot.  Or an indian vindaloo.  Mexican food will not generally blow your head off.

  3. Korean food is so so spicy.  I can eat spicy but not the korean spicy.  And as everyone is saying Indian food.  Yes, Indian food is spicy.  Besides the vindaloo, south indian food is spicier then north indian food.

  4. Korean kimchi. x*x Indian hot curry like vindaloo

  5. Try Andhra food- south Indian State of Andhra pradesh-INDIA

Give a try to our pickles and other food

Your tongue will be on fire!

  6. Caribbean Cuisine... For example, Jamaican Jerk recipes use scotch bonnets which is one of the world's hottest peppers.

Indian food is spicy, but rather mild in comparison.  Same with Thai and Chinese.  Mexican food is like candy.  It's not really that hot at all.

Ethiopian/Eritrean food is pretty spicy too.

  7. This question is ridiculous..some Mexicans add peppers to their dishes since it is a side CONDIMENT!!! As do the Thais and some of the Chinese...

Regular people of any area do not eat abnormally hot food...what are you a racist? we all have similar taste-buds and physiology!

  8. Chinese Sichuan & Hunan cuisines are very spicy, very hot - chillies-&-peppery hot!!

Indian especially South Indian food are also very spicy & hot.

    Then comes Korean, Thai....

Doubt any other ethnic cuisine beat these fiery Asian cooking.

  11. have u ever try 'sambal cili api' from Malaysia/ Indonesia?

it is made of pounded fresh bird's eye chillies,

mix with lime juice and a pinch of salt,

and pounded together either with dried salted anchovies or mango.

eat with warm rice, for those who can't stand the heat,

could actually be dumb and breathless for few minutes until the atomic blast effect subside.

  12. Never hurt so bad as when I tried Korean GulGopi (sp?) and I have had most of the indian, thai , and indonesian dishes mentioned...

Thanks for the memory of that pain <LOL>

  13. Some Indian, proper Mexican (not the packet stuff) and then the Japanese have wasabe, which you could light a barbeque with cos it's so hot.
