as far as I know, Bartolo Colon strained his back after that game he pitched in interleague play. He is about a week away from making a few Rehab starts and then returning to the Red Sox

Bartolo Colon threw a side session and then will have another side on Saturday -- rather than the Friday side session that Sox manager Terry Francona originally had planned. The big right-hander hasn't experienced any back problems while ramping up his throwing program and it's expected that a rehab schedule will be announced following his throwing session on Saturday
