They're still going strong. Hummel still make boots, and they also provide the kits for such legendary clubs as Berwick Rangers, East Fife, St. Mirren, Northwich Victoria, Go Ahead Eagles (Marc Overmars' first club), Skoda Xanthi, SV Wacker Burghausen and the national teams of Equatorial Guinea and Zanzibar.
