What's this question doing in environment?

They are on an indefinite hiatus. Serj has released a solo album "elect the dead". He is also working on launching a album of his father, and working on his next album which is going to be jazz/ orchestral. He has also been working with Tom Morello on the Axis of Justice campaign, and releasing "Revolutionize you democracy" public service announcements.

Darron and John have been recording for their new group, "Scars on Broadway". The first single is already out "they say".

Shavo has been working with several rap artists like RZA from WuTang Clan on a project called "Achozen".

They're on 'hiatus' but that could be another word for broken up, who knows with hollywood.

Serj just released a new album, but it doesn't sound anything like System.

I don't think they have officially broken up or anything, but right now the lead singer (Serj Tankian) is working on his solo stuff.
