What ever happened to "Killer Bees"?

  1. The African "Killer" bees are still spreading around the world. They may be slow to spread in colder areas like Canada but they are adapting.

    You don't hear about them so much any more in the news because the media hype just gone else where like price of oil, gas, and war in Iraq etc...

    When things calms down again I'm sure they'll pick back up talking about invasive species and how killer bees killed some kid wandering in their backyard.

  3. They've been in the news for the last 30 years, so there not much else to report except for their continued expansion in range.  Here is a link showing the year-by-year expansion in range.

  4. They live in Latin America and parts of southern Arizona. They are still doing thier thing and are no longer considered news
