He's a toy inventor, most famous for his AirZooka and the “light chaser” whirly toy. He was building a rocket, from 2000-2006, that would launch him into the air where he would skydive back down. It runs on hydrogen peroxide fuel, and he even underwent astronautical training for the event. But, ever since 2000, he's been waiting approval to launch, which as of 2003, hadn't come yet. It's been almost 5 years, and this guy is a millionaire.

Has he been able to take off yet? Had he grounded/abandoned his project? I mean, come on, he's even got a human centrifuge in his backyard!
