who's Light Aircraft disappeared over the Desert in USA (Nevada, I think) - he was a famous adventurer/Baloonist who's name alludes me at present. Was anything recovered ?

That's a darn good question!  Isn't it odd how so many things like that happen in the news--that we hear about it one day and two days later it is forgotten? Guess it is just media overload.  So many things happening that the stories get pushed aside for new tragedies, which are also soon forgotten. A big circle, and sad in a way.
