What ever happened to that girl in that school bus fight?

What ever happened to that girl who got into a screaming match with that school bus driver? As far as I know, that driver got away with assault and battery.

I happen to live in the town where this event happened.  The driver, all charges were dropped by authorities.  She was protecting herself from this out of control teen.  The teen was suspended from school for 10 days and no longer had bus privileges.
