What ever happened to the Asian French Cafe in Roanoke, Virginia?

Whatever happened to that chef and her Asian French Cafe in Roanoke, Virginia. I got my first taste of Vietnamese there and I loved it. She had an appetizer with fried noodle pieces and some kind of Asian salsa. I would love to know what it was, how to make that, or where I could get some. I am in Houston now.
