Now THIS is a great question!!!!

There was a Wendy's by me that offered that "Super Bar" quite a few years ago and it was GREAT!!!

My best guess as to WHY we don't see them anymore is that they were just not cost effective...

I haven't even seen a Wendy's that still has the "regular" salad bar anymore!!!  That used to be one of their trademarks...  MAN, I miss those salad bars!!!

It says over on "Wiki" that the Super Bar didn't fit into Wendy's fast-food oriented mindset... ya... whatever!!

Most restaurants stopped offering the Super Bar Buffet around 1998...

I haven't gone to Wendys' as much since they did away with the Super Bar. I still eat there but not as often since they are now a "fast food" establishment.
