Water to hydrogen to water won't work can't work and has been PROVEN not to work.

I don't know if the guy is real, but the process is possible through the theory of cold fusion. In which you could break apart the H2O molecule into an individual Hydrogens that yields a substantial amount of energy in that you are left with an oxygen by product. Simply by using water. You can also do the same with saltwater.
