  1. it will most likely be absolute h**l, if you haven't been running and lifting

  2. My best advise is be prepared to run, run, and run.

Show up at least 30 minutes early warm up well and have plenty of water and gatorade.

Remember drink 3 waters to every 1 gatorade.

Do not over hydrate and watch your sugar and salt intake.

Do not eat within an hour of practice and carb up when you so eat.

(Pastas with light butter or whole grain rice)

Keep an eye on your heart rate and a smile on your face.

    Have Fun...I know you'll do well. :)

  3. Running, stretching, grass drills, and skills tests. bust your butt on it all if you want to play. It may seem like the coaches hate you, but all of the running come out in the 4th quarter of the games and you can tell then who is in shape. It's tough, but if you love football, do your best, and the coaches will notice your effort.

  4. You will be doing a lot of running and other drills...the coaches want to gauge everyone's speed and endurance.

  5. well if you've been conditioning and runnin already, youll be gettin pads and doing drills maybe. if you havnt been running at all.. then prepare to run. a lot

  6. I threw up on the first day of practice every year.

  7. RUN!!!!!!! lots and lots of running lol and maybe sum drills, but no plays i think.?.?.?.?

lol but dnt slack off, there will be lots of running and yelling lol :) good luck
