From what I've seen (the two whole times I've been dared to go in there) the "floor models" wear outfits, and stand around. Some are put on tables and have to dance.

You can get more money being a stripper.

I think the Hollister model is basically the person who walks around and helps people find clothes and stuff...

A floor model is someone who "models" inside a store. These people are usually put in the front of the store and are there to be eye candy. I don't know if it's fun because I've never been a floor model but I know some people do enjoy it. About the other jobs, you can be a cashier and work at the cashier spots, or you can work in the front of the store greeting people, helping, asking questions and folding clothes. If you choose to work in the back of the store (storage and back rooms) you can do inventory and put prices on.
