What exactly IS change?

Obama talks of change... its a platform without a brick holding it up. WHAT changes is he going to make? I'm just not hearing it.

the first thing I'd like to see changed would be to either eliminate PAC's or make all political donations anonymous,so no candidate or official owes any special interests,and can focus on representing all his constituents...

Change of Foreign policy to favor diplomacy over war

Change of Environmental policy to favor our children over our greed.
