I would like a brief and detailed definition. What is muscle toning? What does it do for your body? How is it different from muscle building?

  1. Well, muscle toning is when you do HIGH REPS with LOW WEIGHT and muscle building is HIGH WEIGHT LOW REPS.

    Muscle toning helps you to lose fat, increase your metabolism, improve you muscular endurance and thus giving you a 'toned' look.

    Muscle building/strength is basically where your muscles go huge/ you bulk up.
