        * Broccoli

        * Oats

        * Oranges

        * Pumpkin

        * Tomatoes

        * Turkey

        * Walnuts

        * Yogurt

  3. "Super Foods" is a marketing term for certain foods, especially algae-derived products.

    Generally the people who buy these things have no idea how their metabolism or digestion works, and think that substances just mystically transfer "energy" to the body.

    Many of the foods labelled "super" are fine and good for you, but they are nothing special. A few "superfood" supplements will give you overdoses of some vitamins and nutrients, so be careful.

  4. Foods high in nutrient, protein, vitamins.  And not a dead item!  Meat is not a superfood!  

    Superfoods: Alfalfa, Spinach, Broccoli, Brussel Sprouts, Tomatos, Beets, Beans, Carrots, Pumpkin, Bananas!  I know I left some out!
