What exactly are "Length of Stay" Sea World tickets?

Acording to there website:

Length of Stay Benefit = (up to 14 consecutive calendar days)

Once you start going, the days start counting. So the first day you go, you have 14 days to go to the park, "CONSECUTIVE DAYS" so if you miss a day, you will lose that day.
