Jesse Jackson said these Obama comments, which were picked up by a hot mic before an interview on healthcare Fox News’ Chicago studio.

Jesse Jackson remarked that he wanted to “cut his [Barack Obama's] nuts out” .

Then Jesse Jackson continued commenting that Barack Obama “talks down to black folks” by giving moral lectures to African-Americans.

Fox News had planned to air the recording on Bill O’Reilly’s “The Factor” show. But Jackson issued an apology to hopefully stop the controversy.

Watch Hannity and Colmes on FOX tonight. They are going to play the entire tape. But in essence, Jackson was criticizng Obama for talking down to Blacks in general, and specifically about religion. He said (paraphrasing here... I haven't heard the tape)... "he (Obama) makes me so mad, sometimes I want to cut his nuts off."
