What exactly did Jesus mean when he said, "but you who cast the first stone"?

Christians killed Swami Laxamanananda Saraswati since he protested against cow slaughter and conversions in Orissa, India.

Its very sad and unethical that now the anti-Hindu Government is blaming Hindus for retaliatory acts.

Said a local Hindu resident of Orissa,“People are very angry and the government needs to immediately arrest the Christian militants who killed our gentle, peaceful Swamiji,” he added, "Bhagavan sees everything and he knows what is in their hearts."

We Hindus pray to Bhagavan and surrender our cry for justice at His sacred feet.

"but you who cast the first stone" means don't be a hypocrite. go throw stones at others only if you yourself are faultless which none of us are.

Jesus said, "He that is without sin among you, let him cast the first stone."  (John 8:7)

Meaning, if you've never sinned in your life, then you can point your finger and cast judgment on someone.  And...since "...all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God;" (Romans 3:23) none of us have the the right to pass judgment on others.

I Deeply Saddened by the News of Swami Laxamanananda Saraswati Death and I hope those who did this are brought to Justice. However I will say this Hindus Extremists are killing Christians in India and destroying Christian Church's I hope those responsible will be stopped and brought to Justice too.
