What exactly does a souffle taste like??

i want to know if a souffle is work the trouble in making? and if i should take the risk of ruining my whole evening of delicasy foods??

see, im making dark chocolate souffle but its not really dark chocolate the chocolate taste comes from a tbs. of coffee on janetishungry.blogspot.com and scroll almost all the way down....thx for the help (;

i have tryed making one before...but i opened the oven just too soon!! i sure tasted good tho....it was a strawberry souffle...

They're worth the effort.  They are beautiful if prepared correctly.

Make sure you whisk it thoroughly and don't open the oven door. hehe :)

The taste is smooth, airy, light and fluffy - like biting into a cloud, but firmer.  Souffles are one of my fave dishes.  Would love your strawberry recipe.  Good luck with the chocolate.
