What exactly does it do?

recently my doctor put me on bed rest and every week I have to get an injection called hydroxyprog caproate. Anyone know anything about it?

IF YOUR DOCTOR PUT YOU ON TOTAL BED REST AND GAVE YOU A MEDICATION, I WOULD ASSUME THAT IT IS SOME THING TO KEEP YOU FROM GOING INTO LABOR TOO EARLY,  BUT CHECK WITH YOUR DOC JUST TO BE ON THE SAFE SIDE,  gOOD LUCK TO YOU AND BABY.
