What exactly does sugar do to the human body??

now im talkin sugar like soda, candy..ect. ect.

what does sugar do too your body and how does your body react? what if you have a fast metabolism?

Basically, once the sugar enters your body it enters into your blood stream.  Once the sugar goes into the bloodstream, you body releases insulin into the bloodstream.  The insulin allow your cells to absorb the sugar.  This is why people with diabetes have high sugar levels in their blood.  There is not producing enough insulin therefore the sugar does not get absorbed by the body.  But, too much sugar gets stored in you fat cells.  This is why people should limit there sugar intake
