What exactly does this mean?

So I went in today for a job interview for supertarget

I ended up going through two interviews

They called me back today (I missed the call, ending up with a voicemail) saying that they reviewed everything on my application, and were asking if I could please come back tomorrow at 9 am and told me to ask for a specific person

When I was interviewed by the second person today, they had told me I would find out if I got the job in at least a few weeks...

What exactly should I expect? Any ideas?

I would turn up ready for work, although it is possible that you have been shortlisted and they want to ask you even more.

Whichever it is very positive.
