Ok, so I know we sleep when our brain can no longer function, but what happens to our brain when we are sleeping? Its not like it charges it battery or anything? And what about dreams? What are they, and why do we have them? o_O

  1. Oh yes when you sleep your brain is recharging.

REM: Rapid eye movement is when you are in a DEEP sleep.

Dreams or whatever are I think based on what you went through in during the day or past events in your lifetime.

You have them whether you want or not.

I used to have terrible dreams before I got saved and accepted Jesus Christ into my life.

If you have a healthy sleep cycle, you are insured to have way more dreams.

  2. We sleep and think about everything, so we dreams
