What exactly is Non-toxic?

I mean, what is it? is it also poisonous? does it poison you but in a different way? what IS non-toxic? can you drink it maybe just a drop?

Things that are toxic are poisonous.

Toxic is referred to non edible or non-inhalant according to a human being.

eg: Our daily diet should contain the balanced stuffs, proteins, carbohydrates, water, sugar etc etc.

At the same time, we are not allowed to inject PROTEINS directly to our body as that is poisonous or TOXIC.

TOXIC further referrers to a CAUTION than exact poison. :-)

Toxic is another name for poison.  Non-toxic means non-poisonous.

Non-toxic means "Not Toxic or poisonous". But as for me, it may even contain a little amount of toxicity.
