  1. If you ever thought that you found out 100% what Buddhism is, then you've truly found 0% of Buddhism.

I'm not being a smart aleck. It, to me, is a philosophy that basically states that I should be very self aware, realize that my emotions will come and go and to watch them and not over react, and that you should do no harm.

If a person ever thinks they know everything they need to know, they actually know nothing.

  2. Person with atheistic religion

  3. We do not believe in a god or 'gods.'

Meditation is very important to us. We follow The Eight Fold Path and the Four Noble Truths. There is so much more.

  4. Let's see...  A guy named Buddha who taught about the truth, lifestyle, and a few things I can't remember.  He believed in himself and people more than anything.

Buddhists don't believe in God or super beings.  They don't worship even.  They are not "followers".  They do their regular daily as long as they have lifestyle that is teaching from Buddhism.

  5. They are atheists that follow the teachings of Buddha, AKA Siddhartha Gautama.
