They use the same amount of milk as in a cafe latte but the milk is not frothed, just heated.

A flat white ia an australian or new zealand version of a caffe latte (which they have in america), so it doesn't really have any froth. It is made with expresso coffee and milk

No it does not have froth. Its basic black coffee with milk, like the stuff you'd make yourself at home.
